Schadé Vineyard is the third bonded farm winery in South Dakota. The winery is owned and operated by Jim and Nancy Schadé at Volga, South Dakota. Their goal is to produce a wine that is made from South Dakota grown products. Currently seven wines are produced periodically throughout the year. These consist of Plum, Chokecherry, Rhubarb, Beet, Raspberry-Apple, Oakwood Red and Mead.
